Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to own services end-to-end, from design to deployment. You'll work with large-scale, highly available, and resilient modern financial systems, collaborating with a dynamic and autonomous team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing automated deployment processes to enable multiple code releases per day
  • Collaborating with domain architects to manage end-to-end problem-solving and stakeholder communication
  • Driving knowledge sharing through demos, presentations, and tutorials

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of system design, work in cohesion with domain architects, and mentor junior engineers. You'll be passionate about writing clean, testable code and experienced with Agile practices, including Pair Programming, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, with strong coding abilities
  • Experience with advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as React, React Native, and Redux
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, and experience in API development and product development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications

We're also looking for candidates with experience in Java, familiarity with AWS, Splunk, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, international environment.
