About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Sales Commissions Manager to join our team at Sinch, a leading mobile engagement platform.

This role is part of our Global Sales Incentives and Compensation team, responsible for designing, optimizing, and coordinating E2E sales commission processes.

As a Sales Commissions Manager, you'll partner with various regional and global teams to ensure accurate and timely sales commission calculations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and optimizing sales commissioning E2E processes
  • Partnering with regional RevOps and FP&A teams to harmonize and optimize sales commission processes
  • Ensuring accurate and timely sales commission calculations and reporting on performance

Requirements include:

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience in Sales Commission, FP&A, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of sales commission frameworks and solid knowledge of sales incentives and compensation
