Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Controller to join our dynamic team. The Finance controller will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of the organization, conducting the budget preparation, controlling the fulfillment of financial goals, minimizing negative variance impacts, providing financial guidance, ensuring financial compliance, and leading the financial reporting process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record in financial management.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads. Monitor budget performance and provide regular reports on variances. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize working capital.
  • Financial Planning: Provide financial guidance to support the organization's goals. Collaborate with senior management on financial planning, business strategy, and investment decisions.
    • Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
      • Proven experience of 3/5 years in a similar role, preferably in the high-end furniture industry.
      • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices.
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
      • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
