Job Title: Product Application Trainer EMEA

Location: Corsico, Italy (with occasional travel in Europe)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Application Trainer EMEA to join our team at Saint-Gobain Abrasivi. As a Product Application Trainer, you will be responsible for providing technical training to our sales team and customers in the EMEA region. You will work closely with our Product Management and R&D teams to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our customers and sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver technical training programs for our sales team and customers in the EMEA region, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our products.
  2. Collaborate with Product Management and R&D teams to develop and implement new training programs, ensuring they are aligned with our business objectives and customer needs.
  3. Provide technical support to our sales team and customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about our products and applications.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions, showcasing the features and benefits of our products to our sales team and customers.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with our customers and sales team, ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in a technical field (e.g. engineering, materials science) or equivalent experience.
  2. Proven experience in a technical training or sales role, preferably in the abrasives industry.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of abrasives and their applications.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  5. Fluency in English (written and spoken), with additional languages a plus.
  6. Ability to travel occasionally in Europe, with a valid passport.
