Responsibilities
  • Lead multicountry projects and build strong digital strategies to meet client goals.
  • Analyze performance to provide proactive insights useful for activities' optimization and business growth.
  • Monitor new trends and media possibilities to suggest new test activations to clients.
  • Suggest budget allocation in line with sales forecast.
  • Oversee ecommerce activities, both media and retail, leading a team of 4 specialists.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, local and global, to define an integrated media strategy.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital performance media as senior biddable, performance marketing, or similar role.
  • Managerial experience.
  • Good knowledge of main paid advertising platforms (Google ADS, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Programmatic DSP, Sponsored Ads).
  • Knowledge of Amazon ecosystem, including retail part, will be considered a plus (Vendor/Seller Central Platform).
  • Amazon certifications will be considered a plus.
  • Ability to plan, organize, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English.
