**Job Summary**
Our Milan campus is an integral part of Flex Health Solutions. Here, a dedicated team of 200 engineers design and build medical devices for some of the world's largest pharmaceutical and medical technology companies. Our products can be found in pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare clinics worldwide, showcasing the innovative solutions we help develop for our clients in the medical sector.
We are currently seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to join our Milan team. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to build exceptional products and contribute to our ongoing growth.
**What We're Looking For**
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in developing analog hardware designs, including schematic capture, component selection, and PCB design;
- MSc degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English;
- Proven expertise in prototyping, testing, debugging, and validating circuits;
- Familiarity with schematic tools, preferably OrCAD Capture CIS; and
- Experience with Altium Designer.
