As a Parallels Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to customers and partners, demonstrating Parallels products, and assisting with Proof of Concepts. You will also be expected to maintain an advanced understanding of Parallels and related competitors' products, develop project concepts and proposals, and work closely with the sales team to effectively schedule technical resources to support selling efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform detailed demonstrations of Parallels products
* Provide in-depth technical assistance to potential customers
* Take ownership of the Proof of Concepts, ensuring they are completed on time and meet the customers'/partners' requirements
* Provide guidance, recommendations, and expert advice on technical issues
* Maintain an advanced understanding of all Parallels and related competitors' products
* Develop project concepts and project proposals to solve customer needs and requests
* Work with Account Managers, Sales Management, and Channel Partners to effectively schedule the use of technical resources to support selling efforts
* Coordinate all activities related to technical sales support for potential customers and existing accounts
* Plan and conduct a series of Technical Training sessions and Webinars, both online and at Channel Partners and Customers
* Mentor and assist in training Sales Engineers, new hires, and the sales team as required

Requirements:

* At least 3 (5+ for senior) years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering for a product operating in the same domains as Parallels: application/desktop virtualization, security, IT infrastructure
* Hands-on experience in at least 1 (preferably more) of these technologies: Parallels RAS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, VMWare Horizon, Microsoft RDS, or Azure Virtual Desktop
* Deep knowledge and experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services - TS/RDSH/Application/Desktop and VDI Publishing
* Working knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure solutions relating to Systems, Network, and Security
* Experience in cloud computing platforms, mainly in Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS
* Ability to perform product demonstrations and presentations to technical and executive audiences
* Strong writing skills with the ability to create technical documentation. Strong presentation, communication, and training skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* The right attitude to compete with Citrix, VMware, and other competitors in the market
* At least 3 (5+ for senior) years' experience in Sales Engineering or as an IT Engineer role
* At least 3 (5+ for senior) years' experience in implementing and/or administering applications and desktops virtualization systems
* At least 3 (5+ for senior) years' experience in cloud-based computing
* Readiness to travel annually
* Fluent in written and verbal business-level English is a must. French, Italian, or Spanish is a secondary must

This position is 100% Remote. Travel is a maximum of 20% of the time.
