About the Role

Our team of experts is comprised of talented individuals from various backgrounds, including operations specialists, policy managers, designers, and engineers.

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our consumer software team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in advancing our Android app and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced Android applications using Kotlin and MVVM Architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize feature development
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
  • Optimize application performance and resolve bugs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development tools and technologies
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes
Requirements
  • 3+ years of industry experience in Android development
  • 2+ years of experience with Kotlin
  • Experience with Kotlin coroutines and flows
  • Experience with the Android build tooling (Gradle)
  • Experience with MVVM Architecture
  • Experience integrating apps with server-side APIs
  • Experience developing consumer-facing apps
  • Working knowledge of database systems
  • Experience with Bluetooth device integration is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Jetpack Compose
  • Experience with Dependency Injection Tools
