Global Market Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Developer to join our team in the USA market. As a key member of our dynamic sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the vision-tech industry.
Job DescriptionReporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Business Development: Identifying and proactively contacting new international System Integrators and ITS consultants in the USA/EU market.
- Negotiations Management: Defining product specifications and leading sales negotiations in high-demanding international contexts with multi-level decision-maker processes (R&D, application, engineering, procurement, etc.).
- Relationship Building: Establishing effective, trusting, and long-term relationships with PM and R&D departments of all stakeholders involved.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in B2B technical sales in a similar role for international business, preferably from ITS, machine vision, or a related field. Proficiency in English is a must; Spanish and French would be a plus. The ability to use and report on a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and good knowledge of the Office package are also required.
RequirementsWe offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
