About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Panicale Cashmere. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized, including maintaining stock levels and replenishing shelves as needed.
  • Provide solutions to customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support store operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
