We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and design experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing state-of-the-art mechanical components for our devices, producing 3D drawings, prototypes, and validation tests, and analyzing test data to continually improve products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design mechanical components for our devices
  • Produce 3D drawings, prototypes, and validation tests
  • Analyze test data and give feedback to improve products
  • Prepare technical documentation of designs and development processes
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize design processes
  • Interface with suppliers to procure components and semi-finished products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or technical degree with equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in mechanical design applied to manufacturing or R&D
  • Working knowledge of CAD software and prototyping techniques
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Passion for innovation and process improvement
  • Excellent English language skills
