Business Development Manager EU

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Rome, Italy. As a key member of our European market development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing local market awareness of Trip.com.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire and maintain partnerships with attractions and in-destination experience partners, including negotiating and signing cooperation agreements in accordance with company strategy and policy.
- Drive market share growth and increase local market awareness of Trip.com by negotiating partnerships with attraction general agencies and implementing corresponding plans with partners and internal departments.
- Plan and implement corresponding marketing plans with key partners and internal departments, while keeping suppliers updated on the campaigns offered by the Trip.com platform to ensure the best offers and exposure.
- Conduct data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc.) to provide market insights and optimize product design and sales directions for successful global product localization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Positive and enthusiastic team player with a strong service consciousness.
- Proven record of business development skills, strong strategic thinking capability, and data analysis capability.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in OTAs of Attractions and Tours segment with strong relationships with top tourism attractions, key suppliers, and tourism administrative authorities.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Italian and English.
- Proficiency in Chinese and another European language such as French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
