At AVL, we're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales organization and drive market success in their region. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for establishing and managing a high-performing sales force, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a local sales strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement
- Build and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success
- Collaborate with Global Account Managers to develop global business opportunities and support Affiliate Business Managers in business planning
- Align with Affiliate Business Managers to extend the customer base and support strategy development
- Ensure data completeness and quality in Salesforce (SFDC) to inform forecasting and business decisions
- Approve quotations, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with Affiliate/Business Unit policies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the AVL Sales Process and participate in Affiliate Sales Manager Meetings
- Proven track record of sales leadership and team management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders
