Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and modification of rubber compounds for pulp & paper and other industrial applications.
  • Collaborate with European development and process engineers to drive technological advancements in rubber roll cover processes.
  • Conduct laboratory work to develop and refine rubber roll cover products and formulations.
  • Implement and document quality control processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
