**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled PCBA Quality Control Inspector to join our Quality Control Department. The ideal candidate will have a high school technical diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a strong understanding of quality control principles and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct quality control inspections of PCBA, modules, and units in accordance with established procedures and production flow.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and construction documentation.
- Develop problem-solving skills by familiarizing with common issues and learning from experienced employees.
- Participate in Lean activities, including daily SIM and walk-around exercises.
- Familiarize with IT systems for traceability and reporting.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in electronic, chemical, or IT-related field.
- Basic knowledge of English language.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good dexterity and spirit of observation.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
- ECSS and/or IPC certification.
