Product Assurance Specialist

At Tyvak International SRL, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Assurance / Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Product and Quality Assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality level of our spacecrafts.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and oversee the Assembly, Integration, and Test activities of spacecrafts
- Participate in Customer Project reviews (PDR, CDR, QAR, etc.)
- Prepare and manage Key and Mandatory Inspection Points (KIP/MIP) during AIT
- Develop and maintain product and quality assurance policies and procedures
- Tailor the ECSS-Q standard to meet mission-specific objectives and requirements
- Oversight of PA processes implementation in Program's activities, including internal auditing
- Manage Non-conformances, deviations, critical items control, and Quality records generation
- Prepare PA/QA documentation for program reviews (Declared Lists, Nonconformance reports, Mission-Specific PA Plans, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Safety Data Package, etc.)
- Continuously improve Design, Assembly, and Quality Processes and procedures
- Guide the selection, evaluation, and control of External Providers, and generate a Mechanical Parts, Materials, Processes, and Components control process in accordance with required standards for the specific project
- Collaborate with hardware, software, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure effective and efficient processes
- 1-5 years of working experience as PA or Quality Engineer/Officer or equivalent role
- Bachelor's/MSc degree in Aerospace Engineering, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering is mandatory with no experience in the role
- In case of candidates without degree, a previous experience of maximum 5 years in PA/QA role is necessary, specifically in the activities detailed in this job
- Previous experience in aerospace, automotive, or engineering industries in process designing and managing Quality Management System
- Knowledge of the ECSS-Q standards and Quality Standards (ISO9001, AS/EN9100, etc.) is considered a plus
- Familiarity with spacecraft and/or launch vehicle control systems, Small satellite or CubeSat experience, is strongly preferable
- Familiarity with standard industrial quality control tools, or Atlassian suite is a plus
- Proficient use of written and oral English language
- Good communications skills and teamwork spirit
- Analytical abilities, aptitude for critical thinking, and a rigorous attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and stress management skills
- Availability for short national and/or international travel
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
