Validation Engineer

As a key member of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our information systems. Your expertise in validation will be instrumental in guaranteeing compliance with Italian, European, and American guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Execute validation projects under the supervision of the CSV specialist.
  • Edit validation documents, including specification documents, risk analysis, and validation protocols, in accordance with site procedures.
  • Collaborate with other site functions and external contractors to complete validation tasks, adhering to internal and external guidelines.
  • Verify that validation documents issued by suppliers and contractors meet quality standards.
  • Apply local and global procedures to ensure the implementation of company policies.
  • Work closely with the manufacturing, maintenance, QA/QC, logistics, and IT teams.
Requirements:
  • Computer Science or Scientific degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of GMP/GAMP.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and MS Project.
  • Previous experience in information systems validation is an asset.
