Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator

Crowdfarming is a leading market-place connecting farmers directly to consumers. We are building a sustainable food supply chain that rewards farmers with fair prices and consumers with fresh produce. Our goal is to build a network of ecological and regenerative farmers, making it easy for consumers to access their products. We are currently seeking a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) and Supplier Coordinator to manage our warehouse operations in Southern Italy. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics operations, particularly in the agriculture or food industry. Key responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing warehouse operations, managing relationships with farmers and suppliers, and implementing quality and delivery standards. The successful candidate will also have strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and interpret data related to supply chain performance and consumer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of a third-party logistics warehouse in Southern Italy.
• Manage relationships with farmers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards.
• Implement and enforce specifications for product supply, including packaging, labeling, and transportation requirements.
• Monitor the performance of the fulfillment center to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Track and analyze incident rates of final consumer orders prepared in the fulfillment center.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the agriculture or food industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with farmers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret data related to supply chain performance and consumer satisfaction.
• Experience in balancing operational needs with strategic priorities, adapting to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on long-term goals.
