Position: Cyber Security Analyst / SOC Engineer
We are seeking a cybersecurity analyst to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) team.
Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing cybersecurity across client infrastructures and investigating any security incidents or breaches. The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience in this specific domain as well as a broader understanding of the ICT sector.
Key Responsibilities of the Information Security Analyst:
- Monitor computer networks for potential security threats.
- Investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents.
- Implement security measures and utilize software to safeguard systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption tools.
- Document security breaches and evaluate the impact they cause.
- Collaborate with the security team to conduct tests and identify network vulnerabilities.
- Address identified vulnerabilities to uphold high-security standards.
- Stay informed about IT security trends and developments.
- Develop best practices for IT security across the organization.
- Keep abreast of advancements in information technology and security protocols.

Required Skills and Experience:
Preferred qualifications include:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in information security or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience with computer network penetration testing and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- MBA in information systems.
- Familiarity with firewalls, SIEM, EDR, IDS, and Threat Intelligence concepts.
- Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and provide guidance on prevention.
- Certified SOC Analyst (CSA) certification.
- Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification.
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification.
