About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team in Legnano, Italy. As a Marketing Intern, you will assist our Category Managers with operational tasks, contributing to the development and execution of shopper marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the creation of in-store promotional materials, displays, and digital marketing content
  • Collaborating with the sales, brand, and retail teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, gathering data and insights to optimize future initiatives
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and promotional activities
  • Maintaining relationships with retail partners, ensuring alignment on marketing strategies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in shopper marketing, retail, or consumer goods
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data
