Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Digital Operations Manager who will be in charge of the entire cycle of integrated and innovative communication projects: website, apps, mobile, content, advertising, etc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering every single task from strategy to design, from prototyping to final deployment, ensuring that the project is released in compliance with the set timeline, costs and strategic goals.

They will coordinate both internal and external resources involved in the project to ensure that the agreed-upon goals are met.

The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent English; Italian language skills are a plus;
  • 8+ years of experience in managing digital projects;
  • Bachelor's degree (preference for quantitative fields);
  • Knowledge of main project management tools;
  • Excellent people, time and costs management skills;
  • Able to work in a deadline-driven environment, balancing multiple priorities;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects;
  • High level of attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management and analytical/problem-solving skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of main analytics tools for monitoring and measuring web presence of a brand;
  • A number-driven person, comfortable with mathematical, statistical and quantitative reasoning;
  • Able to prepare project presentations and documents;
  • Able to keep business owners up-to-date on assigned projects status and potential issues/delays;
  • Able to manage teams having diverse skill sets and located in different offices throughout the country;
  • Keeping up-to-date with state-of-the-art evolutions in digital world (both professionally and personally).

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
