We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable professional to join our team as a Life Science Consultant specializing in Supply Chain. Our organization, Advanced Accelerator Applications AAA, a Novartis Company, is dedicated to providing innovative solutions in the life sciences sector.

Role Responsibilities

  • Implementation Leadership: Act as a SuperUser for the Supply Chain software deployment, collaborating closely with on-site stakeholders.
  • Business Validation: Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS), align with key stakeholders, and review Functional Specifications (FS).
  • Qualification Processes: Execute Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) to ensure compliance and functionality.
  • Data Management: Oversee the verification and alignment of Master data to maintain data integrity.
  • Training Initiatives: Provide training to Key Users on-site to enhance their operational capabilities.
  • SOP Development: Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize processes.
  • Communication Facilitation: Lead interactions between Key Users and IT to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Operations, Pharmacy, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a GMP environment, specifically within Supply Chain Operations in the pharmaceutical industry.
