Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge in the fast-paced fruit and vegetable industry? We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager Europe to join our dynamic team at CeresRecruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial negotiations with Italian and European retailers, distributors, and markets to secure the best possible sales conditions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through daily phone calls and order handling.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and translate opportunities into effective commercial actions.
  • Contribute to the growth of the European sales team and achieve revenue and margin targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in B2B, preferably in the fruit and vegetable sector.
  • Fluent Italian and professional English skills, with German knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
