Office Manager

Akrion Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Milan office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, administrative management, and acting as a liaison between our Italian subsidiary and the parent company's finance, administration, and HR departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records
Oversee daily office operations, handle petty cash and payments, and manage office supplies
Act as the main point of contact between the Italian subsidiary and the parent company's finance, administration, and HR departments
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in office management, bookkeeping, or administrative roles
Working Conditions:
Full-time position
Onsite work at our Milan office
Familiarity with local accounting practices and ability to handle confidential information discreetly
