Coesia, a global leader in innovation-based industrial and packaging solutions, has an exciting opportunity for a Subject Matter Expert to join their team.

Based in Fiorano Modenese, Italy, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical training activities, including on-site training at customer locations, interfacing with internal technical entities, drafting technical guides, and participating in internal events.

**What We Offer**

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Deliver high-quality technical training sessions to staff and client companies

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create educational content

- Develop and maintain technical guides and operating instructions for our Knowledge Center portal

- Participate in internal events to support product promotional activities

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A technical diploma with expertise in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields

- Excellent written and spoken English skills (Spanish as a second language is a plus)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and results-oriented work
