Il tuo ruolo

Come Field Business Developer (Parma), ti occuperai di acquisire nuovi negozianti e sviluppare le nostre soluzioni di pagamento. Sarai parte di un team dinamico e guidato da Regional Manager e Team Leader.

Le tue responsabilità
  • Sviluppo new business: acquisisci nuovi esercenti e Local Heroes appartenenti a diverse categorie merceologiche.
  • Gestione end-to-end del ciclo di acquisizione: segui dal primo contatto con gli esercenti fino al loro inserimento nel network di Satispay.
  • Risposta alle obiezioni: gestisci la negoziazione con i commercianti e diventa un punto di riferimento per gli esercenti.
  • Aggiornamento CRM: manterrai aggiornati CRM e altri strumenti aziendali.
Il tuo profilo ideale
  • Esperienza nel business development: hai 2+ anni di comprovata esperienza come Business Developer.
  • Interesse a lavorare sul campo: sei disponibile a raggiungere fisicamente i commercianti e i negozi nelle principali aree che Satispay intende sviluppare.
  • Abilità di negoziazione: sei in grado di gestire e condurre con disinvoltura negoziazioni e trattative con i negozianti.
  • Doti comunicative e relazionali: sei in grado di adattare il tuo stile comunicativo in base al contesto e di instaurare un rapporto di fiducia in modo positivo e professionale con molteplici interlocutori.
  • Orientamento all'obiettivo: hai un mindset goal-oriented e ti motivano obiettivi chiari, quantificabili e sfidanti.
  • Propensione al new business: ti interessa di più acquisire nuovi clienti che gestire clienti esistenti.
  • Passione per il mondo FinTech: una precedente esperienza in un ambiente FinTech o di startup è considerato un plus.
