About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Project Manager to join our team at Carlo Gavazzi Impianti. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project execution strategies in collaboration with the Project Director.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to health, safety, environment, security, and quality.
- Supervise planning and scheduling of activities, and safeguard profit and losses for the portion of the project under your authority.
- Collaborate with team members and third-party contractors to deliver projects according to plan.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Project Control Manager or Deputy Project Manager, with a strong background in construction supervision and project planning and control.
- Excellent knowledge of project management techniques and tools, including risk management, contract management, and project planning and control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Engineering degree and fluency in English.
- Availability to travel.
