Randstad Professionals specializes in the recruitment and selection of middle, senior, and top management profiles. We are currently seeking a:

PROJECT MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Project Manager will report directly to the Head of Project Management and will hold complete accountability for fulfilling project requirements while serving as the primary liaison for all formal communications with the client. This role includes responsibilities for planning, scheduling, and overseeing project execution.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Oversee all project operations with an emphasis on safety, security, logistics, and environmental considerations;
  • Accountable for the planning, execution, and closure of designated projects in accordance with defined scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards;
  • Ensure compliance with customer, contractual, and organizational requirements throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Define adherence to schedule and budget; manage and control scope changes;
  • Ensure invoicing aligns with contract stipulations and that accounts payable are processed promptly;
  • Monitor progress while maximizing advantages, mitigating additional costs, and managing project risks;
  • Prepare requests for quotations, manage and present the project dashboard monthly to management, and maintain the risk and opportunity register;
  • Responsible for managing project claims;
  • Cultivate relationships with clients during project execution;
  • Organize site inspections to assess the progress of commissioning activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree (preferably in Engineering or Business Administration);
  • 5-7 years of experience in a project management role within the industrial automation sector;
  • Proficient in engineering and management software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project, SAP);
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20-25%);
  • Fluent English is essential.

COMPENSATION: The salary will be aligned with the candidate's level of experience.

WORK LOCATION: North Piedmont - 2/5 Smart Working
