Job Title: Global Sales Leader

Agora Talent Ltd is partnering with a leading international wholesale agency to find their first Global Head of Sales. Based in Milan, this role requires a proven background in premium menswear wholesale sales, with an extensive international network across key accounts and independents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive key accounts, identifying and leading new business opportunities across markets.
  • Drive, monitor, and optimize sales performance, providing timely communication support and maximizing opportunities across markets.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, plans, pricing, distribution, special projects, marketing activations, and store installations.
  • Plan sales forecasting, exceeding company targets, and identifying strategic opportunities for growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • An experienced operational and strategic global menswear wholesale sales manager with premium contemporary/Streetwear experience desirable.
  • A solid international network across independents and key accounts essential.
  • Commercial, numerical, and target-driven approach.
  • P&L responsibility, people management, strong communication and organizational skills, data-driven approach, and ability to interpret analytics and financials.
  • Fluent Italian and reporting and presenting skills.

Please note that international travel is required for sales appointments and tradeshows.
