As a Luxury Sales Ambassador at Hermès, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and showcasing our brand's rich history and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term sales growth and client satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice and support on all product categories to meet client needs and deliver memorable omnichannel experiences.
- Build a solid product knowledge base and stay updated on novelties, prices, and stock availability.
- Lead complex sales and client requests, manage complaints, and assist clients throughout their entire customer journey, including after-sales activities.
- Contribute to business development by proposing commercial actions and ideas.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in fashion or linguistics.
- Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is considered an asset.
- Strong experience in direct sales to clients, preferably in a luxury goods boutique, with international experience a plus.
- Excellent leadership attitude and ability to lead and motivate a team.
