The Role

We are seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to join our Technical Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for learning the technical aspects and business value of our products, developing the skills necessary to propose cybersecurity solutions, and establishing yourself as a trusted team member. You will work alongside experienced engineers to learn and support customers during the pre-sales process, establish relationships with customers, and help them ensure each day is more secure than the one before.

Your Impact

You will make a significant impact by:

  • Learning the technical aspects and business value of our products
  • Developing the skills necessary to propose cybersecurity solutions
  • Establishing yourself as a trusted team member
  • Architecting and proposing solutions that address identified cybersecurity problems in each customer's unique environment
  • Developing presentation skills and understanding of business and technical discovery methods
  • Ensuring ongoing customer success, support, and adoption of cybersecurity solutions
  • Understanding and effectively differentiating against top competitors

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 4-year undergraduate degree in a business or technical field of study
  • The ability to understand and effectively present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex problems and a systematic approach to creating solutions
  • Effective time-management skills and study habits
  • Awareness and desire to learn modern cybersecurity prevention utilizing automation, cloud, endpoint, and network technologies
