Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage recruitment and selection activities, including creating job advertisements, active sourcing, evaluating resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Project Management: Collaborate with our HR team to drive strategic and process-related projects, enhancing our recruiting capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert advice and creating a seamless recruiting experience.
- HR Process Development: Develop and implement HR processes and guidelines to elevate the employee experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in skilled Sales, Customer Support, and Developers.
- Proven track record of excellence in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring talent in volume roles.
- Strong relationships with hiring teams and Team Leads, with the ability to assess talent needs and define hiring plans.
- Experience with HR software and creating reports.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Skill in bid negotiation, labor legislation, and labor market trends.
- Excellent communication capabilities in English and Italian.
- Equipment: laptop, headphones, keyboard, mouse, smartphone with unlimited data, and a dedicated office monitor.
