Job Description:
Fendi is seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Expert to join our team as a Fendi Ambassador. This role requires exceptional communication and sales skills, with a focus on providing an extraordinary customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs
  • Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories

Client Management:
  • Strengthen customer relationships and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base by implementing effective CRM tools
  • Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations by offering professional and personalized support

Store Operations:
  • Operate the retail management system accurately for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input

Profile:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Strong selling and communication skills necessary
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Organization, professionalism, self-confidence
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer skills and Retail Management System knowledge
  • Goal-oriented approach and multitasking
  • Strong knowledge and/or interest in Fashion/Luxury Industry
  • Fluent English
