**Technical Sales Representative - Emilia Romagna**
The selected person will report directly to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for direct and indirect sales in the provinces of Emilia-Romagna, through the management of a solid network of dealers in the territory.
In particular, he/she will have the task of:
- **Developing the market in the assigned territory, in line with the agreed objectives**;
- **Managing relations with customers and dealers and their retention, offering value through technical and commercial skills**;
- **Supporting dealer personnel in their visits to customers, whether end users or machine manufacturers**;
- **Training their dealers' sales staff on products**;
- **Regularly visiting directly managed customers**;
- **Participating in trade fairs and industry events**;
- **Monitoring sales and target indicators and reporting to their managers**.
**Requirements:**
The ideal figure has a diploma or degree in a technical, commercial or related field.
He/she has knowledge of mechanics and machining and has gained good experience in selling components, tools, equipment, preferably in companies in the CNC machine tool industry.
**Willingness to be highly mobile and to travel frequently within the territory during the week is required**.
**Initiative, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, energy, determination and goal orientation complete the profile**.
