La nostra azienda, Gi Group S.p.A, è alla ricerca di un professionista qualificato per ricoprire il ruolo di Product Manager all'interno della nostra divisione di marketing.

Compiti e Responsabilità

  1. Sviluppare e implementare un piano di marketing per il canale HoReCa, in linea con la strategia del marchio, per aumentare le vendite e raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali.
  2. Gestire la classificazione di tutti i punti vendita HoReCa (esistenti, quasi aperti, di nuova apertura ecc.).
  3. Impostare KPI per regione/per posizione, monitorarli settimanalmente e identificare azioni successive.
  4. Garantire la visibilità del Brand nel canale HoReCa, la coerenza del piano promozionale e di prodotto e la sinergia nell'intero piano di attivazione.
  5. Mantenere registrazioni accurate e presentare rapporti come richiesto per garantire una comunicazione efficace con il team di gestione.
  6. Monitorare la concorrenza e raccogliere informazioni sulle novità e sulle opportunità del canale.
  7. Pianificare, coordinare ed eseguire attivazioni coinvolgenti in linea con gli obiettivi di marketing e la strategia di ciascun marchio.
  8. Organizzare la raccolta dati e le attività di lead generation per acquisire informazioni sui consumatori e dare seguito ai potenziali clienti.
  9. Collaborare con team interni e partner esterni per garantire un'esecuzione fluida del piano di sponsorizzazione.
  10. Preparare report e approfondimenti regolari per valutare l'efficacia delle iniziative di attivazione e formulare raccomandazioni basate sui dati per l'ottimizzazione.

Requisiti Richiesti

  1. MS Office: Excel e Power Point.
  2. CRM Salesforce.
  3. Power BI.
  4. Esperienza nelle vendite (B2B/B2C), capacità di analizzare il profilo di mercato.
  5. Monitoraggio e gestione del budget.

Abilità Richieste

  1. Risolutore di problemi analitici.
  2. Comprovata esperienza nella realizzazione di iniziative di marca sul mercato.
  3. Forti capacità di gestione dei progetti con capacità di multitasking e definizione delle priorità in un ambiente frenetico.
  4. Forti capacità interpersonali.
  5. Ottime capacità organizzative, inclusa la capacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente e di stabilire le priorità.
  6. Esperienza nell'attivazione del marchio offline e online.
  7. Un vero giocatore di squadra, che supporta le decisioni e le regole di base della squadra.
