Business Intelligence Analyst

At Nice, we are looking for a highly skilled Business Controller to join our team at our HQ in Oderzo. As a Business Controller, you will report directly to the Business Controlling Manager and be responsible for sales reporting to Management and the maintenance and reliability of the BI tool.

• Analyze results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas, and general guidance.
• Propose enhancements for goal realization and close teamwork with the Information Technology team.
• Follow up and monitor the budgeting & forecast control cycle.
• Actively participate in the Budget and Forecast process and in the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing process.
• Ensure all commercial reporting on a monthly basis and signalize issues and insights.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines/procedures and external regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Critical sense, strong curiosity, and ability to organize working activities.
• Capability to work in groups, adapt under stress, and manage and respect deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
• Knowledge of management software (Microsoft Dynamics AX, Tagetik) and of SQL and VBA languages is considered a plus.
• Experience with Business Intelligence software (Qlik, Power BI, etc.) is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
