Job Description
We are seeking an expert Algorithm Developer to collaborate with our R&D Algorithm & SW team to tackle and solve complex issues in the PCB industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop algorithms to enhance the tool's accuracy, speed, and reliability for our customers.
- Develop and maintain self-calibration procedures for the tool.
- Write documentation for the code developed, including release notes and user instructions for new features.
Reporting Structure
The selected candidate will be part of the R&D Algorithm & SW team and will work under the direction of our technical leader. For non-technical reasons, they will report directly to our R&D Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Master's degree in Technical disciplines (Physics, Mathematics, etc.).
- Good knowledge of C, C++, and Python programming languages.
- Good knowledge of statistics, models, and data analysis.
- Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level, at least).
- A curious and innovative mindset, with a willingness to learn and take calculated risks.
- Patient and collaborative, with the ability to offer different viewpoints and work effectively in a team.
- A strong desire to work in an international environment, tackling demanding projects and customers.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD without experience, or equivalent work experience.
