Job Title: Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Knet Human Resourcers S.R.L. in Milan. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing opex and capex planning processes, ensuring compliance with Group deadlines, and producing related reports and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage opex and capex monthly closure, ensuring checks of accounting entries and production of reports by functional area and by nature.
* Analyze variances and identify areas for improvement and savings.
* Develop tools and dashboards to monitor KPIs and share insights and recommendations.
* Interact and actively support various departments with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
* Participate in ongoing projects and identify possible areas for improvement and savings.

Requirements:

* Three years of background in controlling or accounting, or audit firms.
* Demonstrates relevant business knowledge and financial awareness.
* Dedicated to driving the business in a profitable and sustainable way.
* Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Business or equivalent experience.
* Prior experience in fashion retail.
* Analytical, positive, and eager to grow.
* Able to work well with a team and/or autonomously.
* Advanced proficiency working with computers (Excel & Power Point must).
* Fluent in English and Italian.
