About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team at Albelissa, a leading company in the biomedical sector. As a Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of raw materials to our manufacturing shop floors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the procurement process to increase profitability and optimize supplying time
  • Coordinate inventories of stored items and correct discrepancies
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and activities
  • Manage different transactions in the ERP system
  • Prepare and follow up on plans for production and suppliers
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal levels are maintained
  • Supervise procurement activities and finalize purchasing processes
  • Define replenishment plans, reorder processes, and support transportation definition
  • Interface with SQE Organization and monitor supplier performances
  • Design, propose, and implement action plans for optimization of Incoming and Procurement processes
  • Manage customer orders for raw materials inspected and delivered by CRM
  • Supervise RM Warehouse to ensure feeding of manufacturing shop floors in accordance with production plans
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Economics or Engineering Degree
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
  • Proficient in standard logistics software
  • SAP knowledge
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
