Job Description

The W360 Senior Risk Compliance Specialist will be responsible for implementing, coaching, and supporting our integrated risk, compliance, and security management systems in accordance with the business risk appetite. This role includes evaluating unit IT risk and compliance with internal and external policies, standards, and regulations, as well as assessing risks associated with each product.

The ideal candidate will work closely with IT team members worldwide to assess, identify, document, measure, and address compliance requirements, including data protection, privacy, relationships with third-party vendors, information security, and procurement within Workforce 360 products' scope.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and oversee IT controls and IT risk management systems to prevent or deal with IT control violations, leveraging existing frameworks.
  2. Draft, modify, and implement necessary company IS/IT policies and standards.
  3. Conduct control checks, testing, management system reviews, and deliver assessments to IS/IT compliance and management systems.
  4. Collaborate with Security & Compliance Stream, corporate counsel, and HR departments to monitor enforcement of policies, standards, and regulations.
  5. Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory developments and evolving best practices in IT risk compliance control.
  6. Contribute to (and where relevant own) preparation of related reports for senior management, internal audits, and external regulatory bodies.
  7. Support Product/Product Group teams in implementing required IT compliance standards in their solutions to meet desired levels of compliance maturity.
  8. Coordinate audit-related tasks, ensure readiness for audits, and facilitate timely resolution of any audit findings.
  9. Coach and train Product/Product Group teams in managing risks, controls, and corrective actions through implementation of Nestlé's Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  10. Track and report compliance through relevant metrics.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in a combination of risk management, compliance, information security, and IS/IT jobs.
  • Undergraduate degree preferable in computer science, law, IS/IT security, or related fields.
  • Experience in developing and submitting IT audit, risk, and compliance reports.
  • Effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply IT-related knowledge and experience in solving compliance issues.
  • Demonstrated understanding of cloud services, data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems.
  • Knowledge of emerging AI regulations and key governance, risk management, and other existing regulations such as GDPR, Data Act, etc.
  • Able to lead complex projects assessing AI solutions and development/implementing Responsible AI frameworks and advanced analytics tools.
  • Understanding of computer systems and integration capabilities.
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
  • Risk, Security, and Compliance certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CSX), Lead Implementor or Auditor ISO/IEC 27001.
