Job Offer Description

Nier Ingegneria is expanding its technical team in the System Engineering department, seeking skilled professionals to support the development of complex systems. As a Junior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in the technical project management, requirement management, and verification processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support in project management, including the coordination of complex technical work packages, monitoring, and controlling of technical activities.
  • Support in requirement management and verification, with a focus on safety-related components.
  • Review plans and procedures for the manufacturing of systems, structures, and components of basic nuclear installations, and related technical controls.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, or Aerospace engineering.
  • Professional experience of at least 2 years in Design and/or analysis of mechanical components and/or Requirement management and verification.
  • English Independent User (B2 minimum).
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package.

Desirable Skills:

  • Professional and/or academic experience in nuclear fusion projects (preferably ITER).
  • Experience in writing technical/scientific documentation and reports.
  • Willingness for international travels.
