About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Assistant to join our team in Oppeano, Italy. As an essential member of our operations team, you will be the primary point of contact for truckers and customers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient logistics. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Direct communication with truckers and final consumers
• Support customers with documentation, pickups, and deliveries
• Maintenance of continuous relations with DSV offices, particularly in Germany

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least one year of experience in a similar position
• Excellent English language skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Excel
