Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Capacity Planner to join our team. As a Capacity Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing capacity resources and carrying out actions to guarantee service levels. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Capacity planning activities
  • Dealing with critical resources and capacity issues on technologies (injected/acetate)
  • KPI Analysis (Resource Load, Backlog, Inventory Level, Service Level, BO, Safety stock level) to improve planning processes and internal flows

You will work closely with Plant Planners / Plant Managers to monitor and improve planning activities. We require reports elaboration to support business decisions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Planning
  • Good relationship skills to co-work with different departments
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously and timely delivering tasks
  • Ability to summarize analysis and explain main outcomes to guide decisions
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or other STEM academic disciplines
