Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Program Manager to drive the development of Silicon Carbide and/or GaN product lines. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, complex program management, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of Silicon Carbide and/or GaN product lines, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
  • Develop and execute program plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of program managers and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program execution.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, business, or a related field).
  • Over 10 years of experience in program management, with a strong background in automotive and industrial product families.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English (business fluent).
