Job Summary:

Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Regal Rexnord remains competitive in the market.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales management roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and develop action plans to address any issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
