Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly reliable and hard-working Architectural Project Manager Intern to join our team. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will work closely with our architecture team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of the project team to ensure successful project execution
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines
- Participation in the design process, contributing to the development of schematic design, design development, and construction documents
- Preparation of reports and presentations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Communication with project team members to identify and resolve issues
- Assistance in improving and optimizing the efficiency of properties and materials
- Ensuring timely project delivery and reporting to the CEO
- Development of architectural drawings for local code compliance
- Coordination of the project team's work and monitoring progress throughout all construction phases
- Building and maintaining client and team member relationships
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and design skills
- Solid organizational and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented multitasking abilities
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM360
- Flexibility and adaptability
