Fleet Specialist

At Alpitronic America Inc., we're seeking a highly motivated Fleet Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and managing our company's fleet of vehicles.

• Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Coordinate with the indirect purchasing team to acquire new vehicles and manage the procurement process.
• Collaborate with the insurance company to resolve claims and manage the claims process.
• Perform administrative tasks related to fleet management, including managing parking fines, acquiring vignettes, and updating vehicle data.
• Work closely with the team to identify and implement cost-saving measures and improve fleet efficiency.

• High school diploma in a commercial field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Basic knowledge of commercial activities.
• Ability to work independently, precisely, and structurally.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Italian and German, with basic English skills.
