Category Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Category Specialist to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a Category Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of components for our automotive clients.

• Develop and implement category strategies to drive business growth and improve supplier relationships
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain risks and opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for category development

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field
• Excellent English language skills (C1 or C2 level)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on category development and supplier management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
