Prometeia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Research and Strategy Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the banking and financial intermediaries' sector, and apply your insights to real-world strategic challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on banks and financial intermediaries, including market trends and macro-financial context.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the financial sector, including regulatory frameworks and industry developments.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings, and collaborate with senior researchers to develop innovative research methodologies.
  • Assist in the preparation of research publications and client reports, and contribute to the development of strategic recommendations for clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop insightful recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software, such as Bloomberg and SPSS, is a plus.
