About the Role

Koch Engineering Solutions is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our projects in Vimercate, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of key contracts, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet contractual deadlines.
  • Oversee financial aspects, including invoicing, account receivables, and cash flow management.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with customers.
  • Monitor contract budgets and propose improvements as needed.
  • Coordinate project teams with technical resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks.
  • Participate in key performance indicator (KPI) reviews, site visits, and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Chemical.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Availability for short-term transfers.
